The Weite Store deals in the online sale of industrial products including, but not limited to, bearings, LM guides, ball screws, precision locknuts, lubricants, seals, aerosol cans, electric motors, drives, and electrical/electronic components, primarily to customers within India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use this Site and place orders. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Products and Product Information

• We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing. However, given the technical nature of industrial components, minor variations in specifications, dimensions, tolerances, or finish between the product shown and the product supplied may occur due to manufacturer updates or batch variation.
• Product images are for representation purposes; actual products may vary slightly in appearance.
• We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product information, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been placed.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable GST as indicated at checkout.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.
• Payment must be made in full through the payment methods available on the Site (including UPI, cards, net banking, or other methods as offered) before an order is processed, unless a separate credit/PO-based arrangement has been agreed in writing for registered trade/business accounts.
• Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment realization.

5. Order Acceptance

Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, in whole or in part, for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to verify delivery details. In case of order cancellation by us after payment, a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled portion will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship across India through our logistics and courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines shown at checkout are indicative and not guaranteed.
• Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the courier/logistics partner or to the customer directly, as applicable.
• Goods damaged in transit: If a shipment arrives visibly damaged or tampered, the customer must record this at the time of delivery (with photographic evidence where possible) and notify us within [e.g., 24 hours] of delivery. Transit-damage claims are handled separately from our returns policy below and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis with our logistics partner.
• Additional freight charges may apply for oversized, overweight, or hazardous-goods items (such as aerosol cans, motors, or drives) and will be communicated prior to dispatch where applicable.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled by the customer only before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at the details below.

8. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

The Weite Store does not offer returns, replacements, or refunds on any product once it has been supplied/delivered to the customer, except where required by applicable law or as expressly stated in Section 6 (Goods Damaged in Transit) above. Customers are strongly encouraged to verify product specifications, part numbers, and compatibility requirements carefully before placing an order, as no exchange will be provided for incorrect selection by the customer.

Where a product carries a manufacturer's warranty, any warranty claim must be raised directly per the manufacturer's warranty process; such warranty coverage is independent of, and not a substitute for, a store return or refund.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Except for any manufacturer warranty that may accompany a product, all products are sold on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not provide any independent warranty, express or implied, regarding merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, beyond what is legally mandated.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Weite Store / Weite Nav Motion & Drive Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business interruption, arising from the use of any product purchased through the Site. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that order.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Weite Nav Motion & Drive Technologies or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
